Evening Courses Terms & Conditions
1. Course Structure
- Classes are taught in groups.
- Level A1: Mondays and Wednesdays, 18:00–19:30 (Spanish time).
- Level A2: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 18:00–19:30 (Spanish time).
- Admission to A2 requires an oral and written placement test administered by the school.
- Maximum group size: 12 students.
- Minimum age: 14 years.
2. Attendance and Punctuality
- Students must arrive no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may be denied entry without prior notice or valid justification.
- Missed classes cannot be rescheduled or made up.
- Recovery of classes due to Spanish public holidays will be arranged at the school’s discretion, depending on school availability.
3. Special Conditions for Small Groups
- If only 1 student is enrolled in a level, classes will be converted into private lessons with 50% reduced time.
- If 2 students are enrolled, classes will become semi-private with 25% reduced time.
- With 3 or more students, the full schedule applies. Students will always be informed in advance of these changes.
4. Teaching Method
- All lessons are conducted exclusively in Spanish.
- Teachers are not permitted to use any other language in class, as this is an essential part of our method.
5. Payment
- Full payment is required in advance before the start of the course.
- The purchase of books is mandatory.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days in advance.
- Refunds will be issued minus a €155 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be given in case of no-show or course withdrawal after the start date.
7. Certification & Evaluation
- At the end of the course, students receive a report including grade and attendance.
- Attendance of at least 80% of lessons is required to obtain the certificate.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
- The school reserves the right to modify website or brochure information without prior notice.
- If a course is canceled before it begins, 100% of the fees will be refunded.
- If facilities are closed due to events beyond the school’s control, classes will be offered online or postponed for up to one year.
- When students advance to the next level, they are required to purchase the corresponding course book (€25 per level).
